基本职责:
basic accountabilities:
1. 从战略规划到战术活动等方面来管理产品的生命周期,即管理产品的推广、变化、升级直至终结这一完整过程;
managing the product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, i.e. management of product pre- & post launch, changes and upgrades and its end-of-life process
2. 根据现存产品的盈利能力和市场份额来管理产品的性能指标,如::销售量、利润率、生产状况以及进行大量的扩展数据分析,来确定产品的市场需求量、定位、生存能力和盈利能力;
manage in-life product performance in terms of profitability and market share of existing products: sales, margin, and churn, conducting extensive numerical analysis, etc. in order to determine product demand, positioning, viability, and profitability.
3. 通过销售与客户的相互作用,为垂直应用整合市场反馈;
market feedback consolidation for vertical applications by interacting with sales and customers
4. 持续的审查和分析产品数据,以确保公司及竞争对手的产品是保持一个最新的发展;
continuous reviewing and analysis of product data to ensure that one is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitors products
5. 通过拜访客户以及非(注册)客户,为当前和未来的产品市场需求进行市场研究;
specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers
6. 分析产品的潜在合作伙伴的关系;
analyzing potential partner relationships for the product
7. 针对于产品更新和新产品开发方面的系统和操作要求,定期召开会议;
regularly scheduled meetings centered on system and operational requirements for product changes and new product development
8. 与国内、国际客户以及合作伙伴的频繁互动;
frequent interactions with multi-national internal and external customers and partners
9. 积极管理沟通事宜,包括:冲突的解决;
actively managing communication interfaces incl. conflict resolution
10. 对于客户关于定制产品的推出,性能,意识的提高,应用等相关主题进行专门的培训;
develop & conduct specialized training on new products launched and in-life products, their policies and raise awareness & application of relevant subject matter
11. 负责为销售团队和客户提供必要的专业技术支持,确保销售可以提供给客户恰如其分的产品;
responsible for providing the sales team and customers with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell resp. to purchase the product"
主要工作关系(外部和内部)
principle working relations (both in internal and external)
1. 在签订销售合同的过程中,与销售渠道以及客户保持紧密的联系,开发和论证客户提出的关于产品的附加功能;
working with the sales channels and customers in order to development and argumentation of customer value-add in conjunction with the proposed products and solutions before and during a sales contract process
2. 与内部的各种组织建立强有力的合作关系,包括:德国、美国和中国的产品经理、市场、产品定制化、产品测试、售后服务、物流、生产、销售等部门的同事.
coordinate and build strong working relations with various internal organizations including; with pms in germany, usa and china, marketing, product customization, test laboratory, after-sales, logistics, production and sales

1. 学历要求
education requirement
本科以上学历(工业自动化、电气、电子、机械等相关专业)
university degree (major in industrial automation, electrical engineering, electronics, mechanical engineering and/or similar)
2. 工作背景要求
work background requirement
至少3年以上工业自动化领域相关工作经验,尤其是在接插件、电缆、编码器、传感器产品以及与它们配套的集成系统零部件的应用(传感器、输入/输出和控制系统等);
at least 3 years experiences in industrial automation; esp. in sensor technologies, their integration with adjacent system components (e.g. connectivity, i/o and control systems) and applications
具有io编程的工作经验优先。
programming experience in io link preferable
